Overview of the Import Process

To import data into the MiVoice Business database, complete the following tasks:

1. Obtain the Import Spreadsheet
   or
   Prepare your own spreadsheet file for import

2. Collect and record configuration data

3. Create an import file

4. Preview and import the spreadsheet

5. If importing user configuration data, proceed to Adding Users
